Michael Hawkins: Mr. Chairman and Members, I'm Michael Hawkins representing Kiaser Permanente Medical Care program in California, representing over seven thousand physicians and we're responsible for the health care for 4.7 million Californians. Dr. Jack Rozance who's the physician and chief for our facility here in Sacramento and a practicing neurologist will make comments with two other physicians.
